Deep Fried Wings

Directions

  1. Fry wings naked until golden brown.

  2. Remove from oil and season with Wes's Perfect Blend or Cajun Spice Seasoning.

  3. Toss wings in Wes's Gourmet Wing of Sweet & Heat Sauce.

  4. ENJOY!

Wings should have an internal temperature of 165°F

Cooking times may vary.

Baked Wings

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°.

  2. Coat wings with your favorite oil (we use canola).

  3. Season wings Wes's Perfect Blend or Cajun Spice Seasoning.

  4. Arrange wings in a single layer on a baking sheet.

  5. Bake wings for 1 hour or until crispy & golden brown

  6. Toss your wings in Wes's Gourmet Wing or Sweet & Heat Sauce.

  7. ENJOY!

Wings should have an internal temperature of 165°F

Cooking times may vary.

Air Fryer Wings

Directions

  1. Coat wings with your favorite oil.

  2. Season wings generously with Wes's Perfect Blend or Cajun Spice Seasoning.

  3. Arrange wings in a single layer in air fryer basket.

  4. Bake at 370° F for 10 minutes per side or until crispy & golden brown.

  5. Toss wings in Wes's Gourmet Wing or Sweet & Heat Sauce.

    • You can also baste with sauce of your choice the last 3 minutes of cooking.​

  6. ENJOY!​

Spicy BBQ Wings

Ingredients

Equal mixture of Wes’s Hot Sauce (Your Flavor Choice) and Barbecue Sauce.

Directions

Toss prepared chicken wings or tenders in the sauce mixture and serve.

Spicy Ranch Dip

Ingredients

1 - 16 oz. Ranch Salad Dressing 

1 - Tablespoon Wes’s Texas Style Hot Sauce

1 - Teaspoon Chili Powder

Directions

Pour all ingredients in a bowl, and mix well. Chill.

Buffalo Fry Dip

Ingredients

1/2 cup Mayo

1/4 cup Wes’s Gourmet Wing Sauce

1/2 teaspoon of Wes’s Cajun Spice Seasoning

Directions

Toss prepared chicken wings or tenders in the sauce mixture and serve.

Sweet & Heat Onion Dip

Ingredients

1/2 cup Sweet & Heat Sauce
1 envelope Onion Soup Mix
16 ounces Sour Cream

Directions

Mix all ingredients until well blended. Chill for optimum flavor.
